Christie outraising Lonegan 2-1

Former U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie has submitted another $185,260 in campaign contributions to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission. If approved, that would net $370,520 in matching funds for Christie's gubernatorial campaign. Former Bogota Mayor Steve Lonegan filed another $70,000 with ELEC this week, which would bring in an additional $140,000.

So far, Christie has raised $1,130,098, while Lonegan has brought in about $506,000.

"Since the print publication of this list, Christie, in his capacity as chairman of the Republican Governors Association, helped decisively turn the midterm elections in the Republicans' favor, which makes him a bit more influential than we initially gave him credit for, post-Bridgegate. So when your state governments do absolutely nothing for you for the next four years, be sure to thank him!"
