BRAMNICK STATEMENT ON CONGRESSIONAL VOTE APPROVING SANDY AID Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick, R-Union, Morris and Somerset, issued the following statement regarding the House passage of legislation allocating $50.7 billion in disaster relief for victims of Hurricane Sandy yesterday. The bill was approved by a 241-180 vote. “Thanks to the efforts of New Jersey’s congressional delegation and Governor Christie our residents are one step closer to receiving the financial assistance needed to rebuild their lives and homes.
