CHIUSANO: IS NEW JERSEY’S TOP PRIORITY EXPANDING PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS?

Assembly Republican Budget Committee member Gary Chiusano questioned the Trenton Democrats’ priorities after they devoted an entire budget committee on expanding project labor agreements instead of focusing on jobs or tax relief. “People want us working to create jobs, recover from Sandy and make New Jersey affordable. Constituents aren’t calling my office to discuss project labor agreements,” Chiusano, R-Sussex, Warren and Morris, said. “With the countless challenges facing our state, I cannot believe that today’s agenda touched any of the top issues on that list. “Our committee might have been more productive by giving out free ice cream on this 20-degree day,” Chiusano added.

"I’m excited as hell about CD 5. We have encouraged Congressman [Steve] Israel to get involved in CD 5."
