RIBLE LAUDS LT. GOV. ON COMMITMENT TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Assembly Republican Conference Leader Dave Rible, R-Monmouth and Ocean, said today’s visit by Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno in Belmar visiting longtime local favorite pizzeria and restaurant, Federicos, is an important part of the process in the rebuilding of businesses along the Jersey Shore. The lieutenant governor is scheduled to make two other visits today along the Jersey Shore to join in the celebration of businesses operating in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. “Lieutenant Governor Guadagno has spearheaded the effort to listen and to work with businesses throughout the state since she arrived in Trenton,” said Rible. “Her leadership on the Red Tape Review Commission and engaging with companies about the challenges they face has been invaluable to the business community. The fact that she is visiting a restaurant that had the wherewithal to rebuild after Sandy speaks volumes to her commitment to help rebuild New Jersey. “The lieutenant governor is committed to seeing business development projects through to their completion,” said Rible. “I have exchanged ideas with her after my business roundtable meetings and provided input as to what small businesses are facing. Her attendance celebrating the comeback of one of Belmar’s landmark eateries shows the Christie administration’s dedication to following through on their outreach. “The Jersey Shore is filled with small businesses that have been here for generations and are determined to overcome the impact of Sandy,” explained Rible. “They appreciate that government is finally working with them to overcome obstacles, even one like a superstorm.” Rible has conducted a Business Roundtable on the first Friday of each month at the Atlantic Club in Manasquan for over three years. Last year, Rible expanded his outreach to such business discussions to Morris and Bergen counties. He will announce plans shortly for a business roundtable meeting in South Jersey. #### On the Net: http://www.NJAssemblyRepublicans.com NJ Assembly Republicans on Facebook NJ Assembly Republicans on Twitter
