Would-be protest doesn’t exactly turn into Cuban blockade reenactment

What opponents had hoped would be a one-night collective transfer of residents’ rage from Fidel Castro to Felix Roque apparently belly-flopped tonight outside West New York City Hall.

Only a few activists – one source said 25, another said 15 – turned out to protest a commissioners’ proposed ordinance to crack down on signs in the North Hudson town.
