Grossman to enter gubernatorial contest today

Movement conservative Seth Grossman, a former Atlantic County freeholder, will fornally enter the Republican Primary for governor this morning at an event in Atlantic City.

Grossman is a confidant of former Bogota Mayor Steve Lonegan, who ran unsuccessfully for governor against Chris Christie in 2009.

State Sen. Barbara Buono (D-18) also has a primary on the Democratic side, facing former Glen Ridge Mayor Carl Bergmanson and carpenter Willie Arajuo of Edison.

"Let’s be clear, this was not a ‘humanitarian’ act by the Castro regime. It was a swap of convicted spies for an innocent American."
—U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ)
