NJTV Correspondent Michael Aron has penned an excellent column for NJ Spotlilght comparing the current gubernatorial matchup to another oft-cited contest.

Aron throws water on the comparison many are making to the 1985 contest that pitted Democrat Peter Shapiro against Republican Tom Kean.  Kean won in a landslide posting the largest margin of victory in state gubernatorial election history.
