Andrezejcak, Space sworn into office

TRENTON – Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver today swore in the General Assembly’s two newest lawmakers.

Assemblymen Robert Andrezejcak, (D-1) and Parker Space, (R-24), officially assumed their roles in the New Jersey Assembly.

The Assembly is gathered today for a full voting session.

Space is a 7th generation farmer and a Sussex County freeholder who takes the place of Gary Chiusano, who became county surrogate.

Andrezeajcak, an Iraq War Army veteran and Purple Heart/Bronze Star recipient, replaces Matt Milam, who stepped down.

"He’s obviously working very, very hard at it. I mean he’s traveling all over the country as chairman of the [Republican Governors Association] and I think at this point he has as good a chance or better than anybody else. His name is household word all across the country, and I think he would make a great president."
