Christie camp launches Spanish-speaking ad

Gov. Chris Christie’s re-election team launched the campaign’s first Spanish-language television ad the General Election Monday.

The 30-second spot, titled “Un Mejor Futuro, Mas Brillante” (“Better, Brighter Future”), is slated to run statewide on Univision, Telemundo and Spanish-language cable. The Christie campaign’s first Spanish-language ad ran during the primary.

In a news release announcing the ad, the campaign notes Christie already received the backing of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, the Essex County Latino-American Chamber of Commerce and various other Latino groups and coalitions.
