Danielczyk blasts the Corzine/Vas Pro-Illegal Immigration panelContact: 732-277-8515 732-596-2116 8/16/2007Republican 19th District Assembly candidate, Paul "Daniels" Danielczyk, was highly critical of the so-called blue ribbon panel of Governor Corzine on Illegal Immigration, which Mayor/Assemblyman Joe Vas will hold a prominent role. "Before I begin, I just want to say for the record that without two occurrences, LEGAL immigration and reproduction, I wouldn't be hear today. I am a strong supporter of the LEGAL immigration process. I'm making this statement first, so that those on the left cannot distort my true views, and begin the name calling on this critical issue," Danielczyk said."I am deeply concerned and mystified, that the Governor would put together a panel which he himself states, will find ways to make Illegal Immigrants into LEGAL citizens with full benefits! Corzine said that he wants to do what the Congress failed to do! Wow! Hasn't he heard the voices of the US LEGAL citizens, who across the nation in huge numbers told the US Congress loudly and clearly, that they do NOT want to reward those who broke our laws, with legal US citizen status?" Danielczyk passionately questioned."Instead of doing what he can do to stop Illegal Immigration, Corzine is going to reward it!" Danielczyk exclaimed. Danielczyk was also deeply annoyed that the governor in his press conference took issue with the Mayor of Morristown, Donald Cresitello. "Here is one politician, a democrat at that, who has the courage to do something about the out of control Illegal immigration problem that faces his town. I spoke to an acquaintance who recently was in Morristown, and he was shocked on how bad that situation is, with people loitering practically on every street corner. The Mayor did the right thing in deputizing his police force to work with the feds/ICE on alleviating this problem. Instead of criticizing Cresitello, the Governor should help and back the Mayor in solving this problem, which the LEGAL citizens of Morristown want stopped." Danielczyk said.Illegal Immigration is not only a financial burden on our state, it's become a security threat and dangerous to our law abiding citizens. Did the Governor forget recently, that three of the six militant Muslims who threatened the attack on Fort Dix were Illegal immigrants, and their goal was to "kill as many soldiers as possible?" Danielczyk questioned. "We now face the brutal and horrific execution in Newark of three innocent friends, and another seriously wounded by a known Illegal immigrant , Jose Carranza of Peru. Carranza had violent prior arrest records, including 31 counts of sexual assault on a five year old child! This rabid animal was out on bail by a total breakdown of the legal system, and proper law enforcement! If Carranza decided to reside in Morristown, there would be three wonderful college students alive today, and Carranza would have been dealt with properly by the law!" Danielczyk exclaimed."There are estimated between 400,000 to 800,000 Illegal immigrants living in New Jersey, and it's costing the LEGAL hard working decent law abiding citizens $2.1 billion per year for medical/hospital care, education, and incarceration." Danielczyk declared. "Even if sales, income and property taxes were to be collected from Illegal immigrants, the cost to New Jersey's taxpayers still amounts to nearly &1.6 billion per year." Danielczyk stated.Danielczyk also commented on Mayor/Assemblyman Joe Vas serving on the so-called blue ribbon panel. "Governor Corzine could not have picked a better politician to serve on this panel than Joe Vas. Days after winning only his second term in the assembly, Vas jumped right into the 13th District Democrat Congressional primary against then New Jersey Assembly Speaker Albio Sires. One of Vas' major proposals was to give Illegal Immigrants driving privileges/ licenses!" Danielczyk stated. "Vas will do well working with Corzine and his like minded panel, in rewarding Illegal Immigrants with legal US status and benefits." Danielczyk continued."Our campaign right along has addressed the problem of Illegal immigration with proposed legislation such as: requiring colleges to keep track of foreign student visas, no state law enforcement funding for so-called sanctuary cities, no driving privileges/ licenses to Illegal immigrants and more," Danielczyk said. "We are also studying what other states have effectively done to address the out of control Illegal immigration problem. When I'm out campaigning, after taxes, Illegal immigration and dual office holding/double dipping, are the two issues that are of most concern to the taxpayers. The taxpaying public wants action on these issues, and when I'm Assemblyman of the 19th District, they will get action on these vital issues," Danielczyk pledged.Danielczyk also reiterated his support for the death penalty for heinous and senseless murders such as the college student slayings in Newark, and the recent gruesome slaying of a family in Connecticut, that made world wide headlines.-30-
