Payne switches from Clinton to Obama

Rep. Donald Payne (D-Newark) is switching his superdelegate vote to Barack Obama. Payne, a ten-term Congressman, endorsed Hillary Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination on January 1. Payne is the third superdelegate from New Jersey to switch from Clinton to Obama since Clinton won a 9 point victory in the February 5 Democratic presidential primary.

Payne is ... a wise guy!


It has taken him more time than others, but he finally realized that Obama is going to win. Sticking with the winner is a favorite game of Democrats.

As to Frank pictured above, he is still sitting on the fence. I guess he likes the pain associated with spikes on top of the fence poking at your behind. I bet he is going to endorse Obama in a big press conference with Jon on June 2nd. A day before primaries.
