Jersey City, NJ – Former Jersey City Mayor and Gubernatorial candidate, Bret Schundler and New Jersey conservative Republican leader Dr. “Maverick Murray” Sabrin, the Garden State’s strongest advocate of limited government and individual freedom and the front-runner for United States Senate, will headline a fundraising event for District 3 Republican Congressional candidate Justin Murphy on May 17th.
Justin Murphy, a longtime supporter of Schundler and the conservative movement in New Jersey, has aligned with Dr. Murray Sabrin to form the “Traditional Republicans for Reform and Accountabiliy” team, and fielded full slates of candidates in both Ocean and Burlington Counties. The Sabrin/Murphy team is the only campaign in the District 3 race with a base of grassroots support in both counties, giving them an enviable advantage over their opponents from the corrupt GOP machinery.
Dr. Murray Sabrin stated, “I am looking forward to working with Congressman Justin Murphy next January when we bring conservative values to the Congress.”
Bret Schundler praised Murray Sabrin saying, “I have known and respected Murray Sabrin as a leader in the NJ conservative movement for many years. His strong grasp of economic issues and ability to articulate practical solutions to our economic woes would make him the greatest advocate NJ taxpayers have had in the US Senate in decades.”
Dr. “Maverick Murray” Sabrin is a successful entrepreneur working in commercial real estate, portfolio management, and economic research. Maverick Murray is an author, TV and radio commentator, and Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Business and Public Policy at Ramapo College. He and his wife Florence of 39 years reside in Bergen County. For more information, please visit http://www.murraysabrin.com.
