Councilman Joel Brizzi
IT'S A MATTER OF TRUST My fellow Residents
I have been honored to be your councilman for over 12 years and I am proud that I have worked hard to
earn your votes and your trust over those years.
Today I am asking you to trust me again when I ask you to vote for Mike Homaychak and Tom Banca for Borough Council in the June 3rd Republican Primary election. Mike and Tom have been and will
be important assets to our community at a time when we need people we can trust on the borough Council.
The Cassella Team has worked hard to make important changes to East Rutherford. We have made many improvements and still maintained the lowest taxes in the region. Development has been managed and investments have been made to protect your neighborhoods and increase your home values.
To continue these positive trends, we need council people who are willing to work with Mayor Cassella and support his vision for the future. That's why we need Mike Homaychak and Tom Banca on the
council. Tom was the campaign manager for Mayor Cassella and Mike was the campaign Manager for The Cassella Team last year. Tom and Mike worked hard to make sure that the mayor's progress would continue for another four years.
However, that progress is now being jeopardized by back-room political deals made by people who want to take control of our community to suit their needs, not yours. Democrats, who have failed many times to take control of our town, now have switched to be dissident Republicans who want to undermine the
mayor and sidetrack the borough's progress.
Why, just months after Jim Cassella won an overwhelming election victory, did members of the Democratic Party suddenly become Republicans and run for borough council? Their objectives are
clearly not in the best interest of the borough.
Mayor Cassella needs trusted allies on the borough council -- people he can work with to give you better government. Mike Homaychak and Tom Banca are people you can trust to do what is best for our community. They are qualified leaders who will make the best decision for East Rutherford, regardless of politics.
On June 3rd, trust your votes to Mike Homaychak and Tom Banca for Borough Council
