Kolluri will head Turnpike, SJTA
By EditorGov. Jon Corzine has appointed state Transportation Commissioner Kris Kolluri to serve as Chairman of the New Jersey Turnpike and South Jersey Transportation Authorities. SJTA Chairman Frank Spencer has resigned to take a new post with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
