A majority say Corzine-Riccio financial ties should be public record
By Max PizarroNew Jersey voters polled by Quinnipiac University said Gov. Jon Corzine’s financial ties to Carla Katz’s brother-in-law, Rocco Riccio, should be a matter of public record and necessitate an independent investigation.
The results released today show that 55% of those in both parties polled believe the matter should be made public and should be independently examined, compared to 39% who say they believe it is a private matter.
Sixty-two% of Republicans said they believe it should be a matter of public record, compared to 45% of Democrats polled. Sixty-one% of Independents said they believe it’s a public matter.

Interesting, I just read the results put out by Fairleigh Dickinson University's PublicMind, which shows that New Jersyans have limited knowledge as to who Katz is (61% say that they haven’t heard of her) Against all odds, Governor Corzine is still supported by 54% of voters in NJ which believe that Katz is does not have an impact in Corzine’s public image and policy making.

Let me get this straight ...
Yesterday's article says 61 percent of people have never heard of Carla Katz, but 55 percent think that Corzine's dealing with her even less unknown brother-in-law should be made public?
Man, would I like to get a look at the leading questions that can get so many people who never heard of Katz or Riccio to say their dealings need to be fully aired.
