More bad news for Unanue

The four year old family feud between Andy Unanue and his cousins over control of Goya Foods continues to rattle the Senate candidate's fledgling campaign.

Today, the Bergen Record’s Herb Jackson pulls some more bad news for Unanue out of the 2004 court battle’s testimony transcripts, writing that Goya Foods paid $12,000 for his political consultants in 2003 and 2004, when he was mulling a Congressional run. That’s a violation of campaign finance laws, which bar corporate funding, even for testing phases of campaigns.

Unanue responded that it was common for Goya to pay some of his personal expenses, which he would then reimburse. But he could not remember if he reimbursed the company for the political consultant’s fees.

Don't like how his campaign is beginning. Party animal and this. Lets look at this John Crowley.....

Quite Sad

The Republican leadership really knows how to pick 'em! Solid choice guys, really. But at least we know where he stands on the issues. Wait a minute...

Sniper Fire?

He has the requisite bad memory for a political career.

Are we going to soon hear about the time he visited one of his bean farms and had to duck sniper fire?

This guy is a dream candidate for the Democrats.

03/27/08 11:10 am

Please explain this to me...

What is so bad about Murray Sabrin?

Doesn't this come down to a debate this country had 200 years ago? The Jeffersonian Republicans (Democrat-Republicans) vs the Federalists who were pro-Central Bank, pro-National Debt and pro-Big Government? And today the GOP and Democrats are the Federalists.

It's really about your theory on monetary policy. Do you believe inflation is caused by mass (in the trillions) printing of new money? Or do you believe in the Keynesian interpretation of priming the pump?

Do you believe Jefferson's and Jackson's warnings about fiat currencies? Do you think a private company should control our money supply?

Do you agree with paying Federal Income Tax that doesn't pay for anything other than an unnecessary interest charge to a private company (we owe them around $900 billion).

Ever read the Constitution that says money is to be backed by gold or silver? Or the Coinage Act of 1792 that says debasing money is a felony punishable by DEATH?

If you like the private Federal Reserve giving one of their major shareholders $30 billion in guarantees after they themselves caused the subprime crisis, if you like working until April to pay a credit card-like interest payment to JPMorgan et al, if you like Washington D.C. telling you how to run your family, than vote for whoever the GOP Establishment is pushing.

I guarantee Fun Andy drops out before he even makes it back to NJ.

Our country is in an ECONOMIC crisis. This has nothing to do with legalizing prostitution, drugs or anything else (that argument is about allowing the States to decide, not D.C., on how NJ-residents live) -- it is about the INTENTIONAL debasement of the currency by the Fed and CFR to enable regional economic integration. In the process, they steal hundreds of billions in wealth from the middle class.

Read what the CFR has written and then read what the Fed has done. The CFR's headquarters is a Standard Oil Executive's House! The CFR Think Tank is called the David Rockefeller Studies Program! And who built up JPMorgan and owns part of the Federal Reserve -- David Rockefeller. And he is a Fabian Socialist.

So who do you trust? Globalist-Fabian Socialists or an Austrian Economist cut from the same cloth as Milton Friedman, Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater?

THINK ABOUT IT.

03/27/08 11:28 am

The Federal Reserve note of

The Federal Reserve note of 2008 is worth about 3 cents compared to the U.S. Note of 1913 that was backed by silver.

And the Coinage Act of 1792 says a dollar is about 27 grams of silver.

That means gasoline would cost about 16 cents a gallon! Gas is NOT going up. In terms of Gold, gas in 2008 cost the same as it did in 1913. It is the value of the dollar that is declining.

Who cares what Murray's position is on the war, or about his libertarian views -- WE ARE IN A CRISIS and we need a PhD Austrian Economist.

My experience with the Monmouth County GOP

So on Tuesday, I received an email from the Monmouth County GOP
mailing list which had a heading stating:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TUESDAY MARCH 25, 2008
Reminder - MCRC Nominating Convention
The Monmouth County Republican Committee Nominating Convention to be
held at the VFW, 1 Veterans Lane, Port Monmouth (Rt. 36 S. just below
Wilson Avenue, just below Super Foodtown & Dunkin Donuts).
Wednesday, March 26, 2008 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
For Information contact Kathleen at 908-770-7335
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trying to "do the right thing" as a responsible candidate who has his
petition (200+ signatures) completed and in order, I did, as the email would suggest, call Kathleen at the number provided on Wednesday March 26, at 1:19pm.  There was no answer so I left a polite, and clear, message explaining that my name was James Hogan and I am a candidate for the US House of Representatives in the 6th District and would like more information on how I can be afforded a minute to address the convention tonight (last night).  At 3:34pm, Kathleen returned my call and it was among the most awkward and disheartening phone calls I have ever received.

First, she asked to speak with Brian Unger (who happens to be a -
Green Party I believe - city counsel member in my hometown of Long Branch, but Unger sounds nothing like Hogan, so I'm not sure where her confusion comes from) - but since I recognized the phone number, I was reasonably sure that she was indeed trying to call me back and explained to her "no, you've reached James Hogan, I'm a candidate for US House of Representatives in the 6th district - I left you a message earlier".  She was incredibly confused so I repeated who I was and asked how I would be able to get a minute to address the convention as I have my petitions in order, am a Republican and this is the first time I'm running for a public office so I'm not sure of all the procedures.  It was at this point that Kathleen informed me that I would NOT be allowed to address the convention because I missed the screening a month ago and only candidates who have been screened were allowed to address the convention. No problem, or so I thought, I would just ask for an immediate phone screening; surely if the Monmouth County Republicans can phone screen Andy from Colorado on hours notice, they could do the same for me, right?  Not so; I was told that Andy is a party member, to which I reminder her  that I too am a registered republican and unlike Andy I have my petitions completed and prepared to be turned in and there are at least 200 republicans who like my message and might want to vote for me.  Again, she informed me that I would not be permitted to address the crowd and that they COULD NOT do a screening for me, it was just too late. There
was silence on the line as I was pretty sure that the democratic
process was not supposed to work this way and even more convinced that I deserved at least a minute, if not just for the time and effort I
took to reach 200+ voters in two weeks time, and get their signatures, and even "convert" a few democrats, so I asked if I could at least attend the event and she implied that everyone was invited but I wouldn't be permitted to vote or circulate a petition inside and there wouldn't be a benefit to showing up.

Needless to say, I showed up. I got there at exactly 6pm and stood
outside until the last few people were leaving, two and half hours
later, at around 8:30pm - asking each and every person to sign my
petition on their way in or out.  Aside from one incredibly rude woman (who I don't have a name for) who told me that I shouldn't even bother because "the system works", most of the actual members who live in the district were at least willing to follow the democratic process and sign my petition of nomination, but no one offered to invite me inside and give me even just a minute, I'd of settled for 30 seconds if I had to. I did speak to Sean Kean outside for a few minutes and he seemed excited at the prospect of a young guy getting involved with the party, but again, there was no invite to come inside and make a brief presentation, no "let me introduce you to the chairman" or any other offers to invite a new, young Republican into the "party".

I must say, despite the few signatures I did receive outside, this
experience with the Republican party, or at least it's organizers, was
extremely disheartening. Is this how the party intends to grow and
attract new, young, members? Does it take millions of dollars in
donations and contributions, like Andy has, to "pay to play" to
address the party and get their nomination? I was of the impression
that people should be given choices and be free to make their own
decisions and vote for the person that they believed best represented them, but according to the Monmouth County Republicans, since I don't have millions of dollars, I can't represent anyone, nor do I deserve the same opportunity as someone who does and moreover, there should be no other choice to vote for last night, one was enough. I was of the impression that public officials were supposed to be representatives of the people - I'm part of the people - an average working class guy - and I don't have millions of dollars to contribute to the party - and that somehow eliminated me from even having the opportunity to speak at a convention of the party I belong to, and the party that the 200+ people who have signed my petition belong to. So I missed a screening a month ago - I wasn't even in the race a month ago - just like Andy wasn't in the race a month ago, but I could, and would, have screened over the phone like Andy did or I could have been screened at the convention because, unlike Andy, I showed up at the convention and
could have screened in person before the convention started even. I
was simply asking for the party to give me the same opportunity they gave to Andy and was rudely denied.

Does the Republican party care at all about attracting new, young
members or just taking money from a rich businessmen who has a
questionable background? And does the party believe that average
working class people like me, without DUI charges, without cocaine use allegations, without tax evasion charges, who have to show up at our jobs sober, and who don't have million dollar bank accounts  - would vote for someone who so obviously doesn't represent the ideals that we posses? Does the party expect us working class people to vote for someone just because they are rich? Is this how the party intends to obey their oath to the Constitution, protect a democratic process, and represent the people?

The current state of the Republican party here in NJ is truly
troubling and clearly if this party isn't willing to change it's "pay
to play" policy for nomination, in favor of a "most qualified,
representative of the people" policy for nomination, it will never win
an election, or attract new members, and will die out, literally. Not
to mention, I have laid out my stance on a number of the issues on my website, where is Andy's position on anything? Does the Monmouth County Republican party even know who or what they endorsed because as far as I can tell they endorsed a criminal while denying me, an honest working guy with an honest and clear platform, acceptance into "the system".  Sad.

Hey James, I'll support you

Hey James, I'll support you and get others involved to help.

It's pretty sad with the GOP establishment in NJ is so afraid of losing their power with Big Government, that they'd hurt New Jersey by not supporting an Austrian Economist to the Senate.

Can Fun Andy even spell Keynesian let alone economy? Hey, the economy is always strong when you get your money from mommy and daddy!

What is wrong with Murray?  How much time do you have?  To make it short and sweet, he couldn't get elected as a Republican so he switched to another party.  When he couldn't get elected as that party's candidate, he quit yet again and is running as a Republican - again.  Whn will he quit the party this time and to whom will he run?  People complain (many of whom are Sabrin supporters) of the NJGOP of running failed candidates over and over again.  Why doesn't this criticism stick with Sabrin?  He failed as a Republican and couldn't take the heat so he took his ball and ran away.  And we are supposed to welcome him back with open arms?  Give me a break.

03/27/08 12:16 pm

Borrowing Company Money?

Borrowing company money for personal expenses?

And he's not even sure if he paid the company back for his consultant expenses?

Suspect.

I wonder if he'll be borrowing tax payer dollar for personal expenses if he makes office, and I wonder if he'll forget if he "paid us back" or not.

Looking at NY politics, people are elected under the assumption the tax payer will be paying for their follies and hotel rooms, please, please, please let's not bring that to New Jersey.

03/27/08 12:17 pm

Good Point

Murray Sabrin bemoans the NJGOP's poor track record, but his track record is just as poor.

Murray Sabrin has already lost 2 statewide races where he was the candidate, and he lost the Ron Paul for President campaign, which he manged in New Jersey.

03/27/08 12:20 pm

All Due Respect

Do you honestly think Andy has a chance against Frank? I don't.

Murray switched to another party because the Republican Party switched from its original platform to one that is like a Federalist-Big Government Party.

How many times did Abraham Lincoln fail?

03/27/08 12:29 pm

re: Eric

How is his track record poor by losing two statewide races? What about his track record with his family, his profession and his dedication to conservatism?

Please provide facts about how he has failed or flaws in his monetary policy.

If the GOP supported Murray, he'd win by a landslide. Murray has 1000s of volunteers ready to go across the country. He's raised more money than anyone else. And he is the most credentialed -- he is a PhD Austrian Economist.

The reason the GOP isn't supporting him is not because he isn't a viable candidate nor do they believe he can't beat Frank. It is because he threatens the NJ-Establishment GOP's power.

I'm not sure why he called for Wilson's resignation but I do know Murray is open to making the GOP inclusive (not exclusive) and that he is a true Conservative.

Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan and Thomas Jefferson would vote for him. So why wouldn't you?

03/27/08 12:32 pm

Political Expediency

Murray Sabrin left the Republican party because his views were not represented. Thats some good spin.

Did the Republican party's views change in between when Murray Sabrin ran for Governor and when he ran for the Senate?

I don't think so. Murray Sabrin switched political parties out of political expediency.

03/27/08 12:34 pm

I don't belong to any organized party....

I belong to the Republican party in NJ. Hot hot mess!

03/27/08 12:36 pm

Who cares?

At least Sabrin believes in something. Other than abortion, what does the Disco Playboy believe in?

03/27/08 12:38 pm

To be technical,

John Crowley is the most credentialed candidate since a Ph.D. and a J.D. are both doctoral degrees, and John Crowley raises the ante with his M.B.A from Harvard.

Murray has done absolutely nothing to indicate that he is inclusive. And all of the rhetoric about the NJGOP establishment is just silly, and sounds a little to conspiratorial for my tastes.

And while many in the so called GOP "establishment" don't have the greatest track record, their records are better than Sabrins. What has Sabrin done since he rejoined the party to help NJ Republicans win seats?

03/27/08 12:44 pm

Toolbox

If, as you claim, Murray switched to another party because of the GOP's big government platform, why has he returned?  The GOP's platform and policies during the Bush era have gotten progressively more "big government" in nature.  Again, if Murray's reason for leaving the GOP were due to these alleged problems with the platform, why has he now returned at a time when said platform is even more repugnant to his notions of limited government?  And don't tell me he's trying to save the Grand Old Party.  Has this guy even served on the local Republican County Committee?

No, Toolbox.  Murray is back because the quiet desperation of a non-descript career academic languishing at a middle tier college demands he seek attention at all costs.  Have you ever noticed, he tends to aim high and miss very, very badly.

I should remind those uninitiated in the ways of the mighty toolbox that said toolbox previously put Murray in the same company as, if I remember correctly, Jefferson, Madison, Lincoln and Reagan.  Maybe you and your fellow Sabrinistas can erect a Rushmore-like monument to Murray, along with other fringe candidates.  May I suggest Lyndon LaRouche, Harry Browne and Gus Hall to start?  As for a name, how about Mount Crapmore?

As for Unanue, I and many others on this board expreessed being open to see what he brought to the table.  The same principle should apply to Crowley or any other candidate.  In fact, Crowley has emerged as an intriguing prospect given his personal story and professional accomplishments.  Besides, doesn't Murray's cherished concept of a free market apply to the marketplace of ideas and entry into the GOP primary?  Murray seems to be more Bill Gates than Adam Smith in this regard.

03/27/08 12:52 pm

How do you know that Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, and Thomas Jefferson would vote for Sabrin?

You don't know anything.

03/27/08 12:48 pm

Really? That's your response?

The Bush Administration has created more debt than all Presidents combined. What would Barry Goldwater say?

Like Barry, Murray's Republican views never faltered, it was the party. How are former Trotskyites turned "neoconservative" the voice of the Republican party?

Are you actually saying the GOP hasn't lost its way? Do you support the creation of trillions of new dollars and the debasement of our currency?

Murray is back because 100,000s of true Jeffersonian Republicans are getting involved in their GOPs and taking it back from the Big Government politicians who run both the parties currently.

03/27/08 12:50 pm

People vote to represent their views

and Murray represents their views.

History Books, try them. They have facts in them.

03/27/08 12:51 pm

re: Martin Two

This is a debate over monetary policy.

It's because a third party is biased and disenfrancised by the two major parties. The GOP stands for everything I believe but has been hijacked by neoconservatives. We're taking our party back.

Many GOP people who aren't Ron Paul supporters talk about the ideals of Goldwater, Reagan et al -- and are upset that the Party has drifted.

Now all you have is insults instead of insight into monetary policy? Great job! And yes, Murray is a megalomaniac and doing this all for his ego. Haha. I'll take the high road and not direct insults at you.

I have facts -- you know the things you use to debate people!

03/27/08 12:55 pm

The might toolbox is ...

... beyond engaging in even remotely sane discourse.. I never thought I'd say it but this guy makes Martin One look ... dare I say ... reasonable.

03/27/08 12:55 pm

Murray can't win because...

When Sabrin was talking ReLOVEution the country laughed.  While Ron Paul, the savior of Earth to the Ronulans, led his revolution - Boston Tea Party and all - Chris Peden gathered supporters and come 2009 Ron Paul won't even be a congressman anymore.

If Ron Paul himself can't even win his own district, why the hell would New Jersey ever vote for his lap dog?

Don't worry about it.  It's the New World Order keeping you enlightened ones down, right?  Well.  At least you still have that blimp.  We won't worry about you guys doing anything stupid because we'll have you barcoded and tracked as a result of the REAL ID anyway.

03/27/08 12:57 pm

re: Eric

Good point. George W. Bush has an MBA from Harvard and thus he probably is more intellectual than Sabrin and Crowley put together!

Murray's intent is not to do what's best for the Party, but what's best for New Jersey. He has a line of 90+ candidates (I believe) who represent the true Conservative philosophy that will help the party grow (all these new people are Jeffersonian Republicans), help NJ and help the country.

And...?

Can't we debate monetary policy? Or do any of you have facts to support your claims?

03/27/08 12:59 pm

Cannot compare

Please don't imply that Sabrin is like Abraham Lincoln in any way.  For the record, Lincoln lost one statewide race against Douglass in 1858.  Murray has lost more than that and did it in different parties - is that a record?  Lincoln also went on to win the race for President two years later.  Murray switched parties.  Similar?  I think not.  As others have pointed out, Murray is running not because he agrees with the NJGOP, but because his ego has gotten the better of him.  Please explain what others have asked - what has changed in the platform to bring Sabrin back into the fold?

03/27/08 1:00 pm

Delusional? Chris Peden lost -- BADLY

Ron Paul won 70% to Chris Peden's 30%. Thus, Peden lost and Ron Paul is the Republican nominee.

http://enr.sos.state.tx.us/enr/mar04_135_state.htm

What is the New World Order? I don't know. But have you ever read CFR Task Force Leader Dr. Robert Pastor's papers? No. Ok.

What time is American Idol on? thanks.

03/27/08 1:02 pm

Republican views?

His Republican views never faltered?  Are you kidding?  He LEFT THE PARTY!  Shows what a good Republican he is.  What is to stop him, yet again, from switching parties?  And just because you want to debate an issue, doesn't mean it has to be.  When you become moderator, you can determine what peopel write about.

03/27/08 1:03 pm

If Murray were such an expert on Monetary policy,

Why is he teaching at Ramapo? Why not somewhere more pretegious? And if he were such an expert, why is he not on the Board of Governors at the Federal Reserve?

Here are some more questions:

How many professors assign Murray Sabrin's book as a required reading?

How many times has his book been cited by other professors?

03/27/08 1:06 pm

re: Martin -- Let's Debate Then

You insulted me, you win!

Oh wait, let's really debate.

Murray is an Austrian Economist, even Berneke praised the great Milton Friedman (also an Austrian Economist). The Federal Reserve admits to causing the first Great Depression and they are making our current recession worse by trying to prevent it. How can we trust them not to cause the 2nd Great Depression?

Do you know the Federal Reserve and the CFR wants a weak dollar because National Currencies don't mix with Global Markets?

Do you know that in the Hungarian economist Balassa's 6 steps to Economic Integration that a regional Monetary Union is the 5th step? We already achieved the first two steps with NAFTA.

Do you know when they debase the currency that enables them to provide a solution in a North American Monetary Union?

Is everyone in Texas and Missouri crazy because they don't support the CFR's NAFTA Superhighway? Or wait, it doesn't exist?

Let's debate it, your turn!

03/27/08 1:07 pm

Good Point OC

Why should the Republican party invest in Sabrin when he has already shown a propensity to abandon the party when things get tough? And when he will resign in 2010?

03/27/08 1:07 pm

You guys sound like Hillary and Barack

killing each other while Lautenberg is kicking back, smoking his cigar  and reading his AARP magazine...

03/27/08 1:09 pm

I Don't Pretend to Understand Monetary Policy

And its a safe bet that the average person doesn't understand it as well. Murray Sabrin may be an expert on it, and he probably is. But he will lose badly if he continues to campaign for the Senate as a professor by talking over peoples heads.

Actually nevermind, Murray Sabrin doesn't campaign on the issues. His campaign on attacks people.

03/27/08 1:11 pm

Because the Fed believes in Keysenian Economics

And the Fed's goal is to enable regional economic integration.

Fed Chairman on Austrian Economists:
http://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/speeches/2002/20021108/default.h...

The brilliance of Friedman and Schwartz's work on the Great Depression is not simply the texture of the discussion or the coherence of the point of view. Their work was among the first to use history to address seriously the issues of cause and effect in a complex economic system, the problem of identification. Perhaps no single one of their "natural experiments" alone is convincing; but together, and enhanced by the subsequent research of dozens of scholars, they make a powerful case indeed.

For practical central bankers, among which I now count myself, Friedman and Schwartz's analysis leaves many lessons. What I take from their work is the idea that monetary forces, particularly if unleashed in a destabilizing direction, can be extremely powerful. The best thing that central bankers can do for the world is to avoid such crises by providing the economy with, in Milton Friedman's words, a "stable monetary background"--for example as reflected in low and stable inflation.

Let me end my talk by abusing slightly my status as an official representative of the Federal Reserve. I would like to say to Milton and Anna: Regarding the Great Depression. You're right, we did it. We're very sorry. But thanks to you, we won't do it again.

(NOTE: Friedman would say that good economic policies are what matter not Austrian economics but it is the same thing).

03/27/08 1:15 pm

Murray wants lower taxes

Murray wants lower taxes, NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX, limited government, more freedom, less regulation and to stop out of control spending.

Don't you understand that when the Government spends money they don't have that they are then stealing it from you via inflation?

I don't understand monetary policy fully either but I do know when you issue more shares in a corporation, you dilute the value of the previous shareholders.

When you print trillions in new money, keep interest rates low and increase deficit spending you are stealing the value of the dollar and the people hurt most are the middle class.

I don't know why Murray has attacked people (politics) or if it justified, but he understands the issues that will effect you and your family.

Remember the line "It's the ECONOMY stupid"?

03/27/08 1:20 pm

The other side of the argument -

Since no one here can effectively debate the other side, I will. Here's a good summary of the Keynesian's Economist's view from a PhD in Economics from Princeton and former Austrian economist -

http://www.gmu.edu/departments/economics/bcaplan/whyaust.htm

First read about Economic Integration, which took 50 years in Europe. NAFTA and www.spp.gov (never heard of that huh?) are the first few steps in the 6 steps of Economic Integration.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_integration

Second, realize this is a debate of collectivists (big government socialists) against individualists who believe in the Constitution. It is the indefinite perfectibility of man -- the idea that we can learn, grow and govern ourselves and not need a centralized government to tell us how to live our lives.

Third, read what the CFR Task Force Leader on Integration has said. He said we need to create a "North American Country", a common border, a common currency and so forth. They want to take Continents and turn them into countries like now Europe is a country.

Dr. Pastor has written laws introduced by U.S. Senators. He helped create NAFTA and www.spp.gov. He is not just a crazy liberal professor. The CFR is the Lobbyist-Group for the Federal Reserve. Thus the conflict of interest in the supposedly apolitical Fed's actions that are enabling the CFR's stated political goals.

Check out Pastor's speech to one of the owners of the Fed, which he's given to the U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress and Canadian Parliament:

http://www.american.edu/ia/cnas/pdfs/PastorTrilateral.pdf

Read how the CFR wants to abolish the U.S. dollar -

http://www.foreignaffairs.org/20070501faessay86308/benn-steil/the-end-of...

NOW if you support these ideas, which will eliminate the Constitution and move us towards a more globalized world (I'm a huge supporter of globalization, just not ones designed by Fabian Socialists), then vote for anybody but Murray Sabrin.

If you think this is all nonsense, not true or somehow a conspiracy theory well realize these are THEIR words not mine.

03/27/08 1:37 pm

re: the oc

Nothing has changed, it has gotten worse.

But what has changed is 100,000+ new GOP members who believe in the original party platform.

I go to 4+ GOP events per week. Every Republican I've ever met says LOW TAXES, LIMITED GOVERNMENT and REDUCED GOVERNMENT SPENDING. The party members haven't changed, it is the part leadership that has been seduced by the power of Big Government.

You know the Constitution hasn't changed either. It says all money should be gold or silver and that direct taxes have to be equally distributed. If you want the Fed and IRS to be legal, pass an Amendment to the Constitution -- that is the process.

It's the Communist Manifesto, not the U.S. Constitution, that promotes a graduated income tax.

I'm against paying an unnecessary tax to a private company. That's why I support Murray because he supports the Constitution.

03/27/08 1:35 pm

North American Union

I;m sorry, anyone who believes in the North American Union is on the same level as UFO fanatics, and 9/11 Truthers. There is no hard evidence, you can only cite hear-say and internet based stuff (I once read elephants can fly on the internet).

03/27/08 2:08 pm

Economic Integration is a Conspiracy Theory? Ok...

"As to what kind of union might there be, I see one based upon free trade, that would then entail commitment to markets and democracy, transparency, rule of law." George W. Bush 3/23/05 on WWW.SPP.GOV

"Eventually our long-range objective is to establish with the United States, but also with Canada, our other regional partner, an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union" Vincete Fox 5/16/02 (former Mexican President)

Nothing I linked was an Internet source. The Robert Pastor testimonies are from American University's website (Center for North American Studies). Foreign Affairs is a print publication for the CFR/Fed.

I don't believe aliens have been to Earth nor do I believe 9/11 was an inside job.

Although it is hard to dismiss the facts of Economic Integration. The European Union started with free trade agreements like NAFTA. Even Govenor Tom Ridge said the other day on video that it'd take 50 to 100 plus years to have a common currency like an Amero and a North American Union since it took Europe 50 years.

You can call the NAFTA Superhighway the NASCO Supercorridor, you can call the North American Union the North American Partnership/Community -- but it is the same thing.

Tell Texas Rancher Sam Harrell that this is just a conspiracy theory. The Texas Dept of Transportation stole 174 of his 290 acre organic Kobe beef ranch by eminent domain to make way for the NAFTA Superhighway. He sued and won $7 million when it was proven they underpaid.

Nuts

Sums it up.  Once again, I will ask you?  What has changed in the platform - which you claimed was the reason for his leaving the party - to bring back Sabrin to the party?  And what will stop Murray from leaving the party, yet again, when things don’t go his way?  And Mom in Law is correct - Lautenberg is sitting back smoking a cigar from his NYC home.  And he will be laughing and drinking his Pink Squirrel while smoking his cigar if Sabrin wins the nomination.  Will be a cakewalk.  And please show me where Murray Sabrin has brought in 100k new Republicans into the State of NJ.  Don't give me your pseudo-intellectual BS - give me facts.  You know - those things you have been whining and crying and pontificating about for the past six hours.  Finally - Good Lord, get a job.  Your postings come every five minutes and must take a large chuck of time.  www.monster.com has jobs out there - we need the income tax revenue.  Oh and as to your assertion that the income tax is unconstitutional, whom am I to believe - you or the US Supreme Court?  I really dig the robes they wear, so I am going to pick the Justices (always thought that would be a better name for the Wizards, too).  Until you make it to The Court, sit next to Scalia, Roberts and the rest and render a decision in the majority striking down the constitutionality of the income tax, I am going to file your opinion on it along with Martian's opinions in the white porcelain bowl in the little room in my house.

You keep implying that Sabrin is an economic genius because he was born in Austria; that he is no different than Milton Freidman, et al, by birthright.  Are you kidding us?  Come on!  That's like saying that Barack Obama would be an economic genius because he shares African heritage with Thomas Sowell.

I've met Sabrin and watched him rally the hippies who haven't grown up yet (rEVOLution, LOL!), the "9/11 truthers" and the paranoid nuts who thinks the government's always watching them into a frenzy for Ron Paul at a straw poll.  Sabrin will be slaughtered in the primary and would be slaughtered in the general election.

Murray Sabrin and his merry band of hippies, truthers and the paranoid?  Thanks, but no thanks.

The only candidate with any kind of record...

...is Pennacchio and he has a solid conservative voting record, not to mention he has never voted to raise taxes. Unanue, on the other hand, doesn't even have a solid election day voting record.
