Romney
Though McCain has flip flopped on tax breaks for the wealthy and now gives speeches at Liberty University rather than calling the far right "agents of intolerance," and Guiliani has changed his position on gay rights and other issues, it is Mitt Romney who is the poster child for the flip flopper of the year.
Romney once supported a woman's right to choose and, as this newspaper clipping shows, gay and lesbian rights; now his recent pandering to far right conservatives has yielded a new, but not improved, Romney who seeks to circumbscribe rights, not expand them.
