in part...Kerry was nailed as an elitist. Gore on the otherhand was called a liberal elitist, because he was the Dem nominee not because he was into windsurfing (a la Kerry) or made such comments (a la Obama). However, I would also like to point out how silly this whole right your own caption nonsense is.
Caption contest Reform
What determines a great cartoon is not just the artist but the readers. It is us who determine when Rob is on his game and when he is off his game. Having Rob alone judge these contest does offer a complete judgement. Have the readers vote on their selection and combine that with rob's favorite three.
Also... hasn't anyone noticed that NOBODY IN NJ has ever won this thing and this doug guy from NH has won it twice...
