Now that the Governor has appointed Bradford W. Hildebrandt as a University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Trustee, does that mean State Senator Burt L. Saunders has senatorial courtesy over the appointment? Saunders represents the Naples, Florida district where Hildebrandt lives.
