(TRENTON) - A bill Assembly Speaker Joseph J. Roberts Jr. is sponsoring to restructure the Legislature's ethics watchdog committee, a proposed state constitutional amendment to dedicate all of last year's penny sales tax increase to property tax relief, and five bills to protect the religious beliefs of New Jersey residents lead the measures scheduled for Assembly action Monday.
