Quigley, Jack Conners, and Vincent Prieto today announced the introduction of legislation that would ease archaic voting restrictions on New Jerseyans living or stationed overseas by allowing them to submit their ballots through 21st Century communications means.

(TRENTON) - An Assembly committee today released legislation Assembly Speaker Joseph J. Roberts, Jr., sponsored to give state officials until the June 3, 2008 primary elections to ensure that electronic voting machines statewide would meet the requirement for providing voter-verifiable paper records of votes cast.
