CARABALLO TO GOP: JANUARY'S TOO COLD FOR FLIP-FLOPS

(TRENTON) - Assembly Speaker Pro Tempore Wilfredo Caraballo today called on the Republican Assembly minority to make up their minds on property tax reform and state, once and for all, whether they will support a plan to bring more than $2 billion in relief to 95 percent of New Jersey homeowners, or whether they will tie up that relief through political grandstanding and specious legal complaints.

(TRENTON) -- Legislation Assembly Speaker Pro Tempore Wilfredo Caraballo sponsored to permit committed same-sex couples to enter into civil unions that grant them the same rights and benefits enjoyed by heterosexual married couples was passed today by the General Assembly.
