A recent campaign mailer supporting Donnelly's bid for Freeholder was paid for by "Choice for Change," a shell organization that shares an address with the Republican State Committee. Priscilla Anderson, a Republican appointee to the Bridge Commission and former absentee public employee, serves as the organization's Treasurer.
