Is there a golden parachute for Bernie Kenny after all?

There is some speculation among Democratic insiders that Senate Majority Leader Bernard Kenny may be under consideration for George Zoffinger's soon-to-be-vacant job as President of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.   Kenny is expected to announce shortly that he will not seek re-election to the Senate seat he has held since late 1992, and he is also not likely to run for Hudson County Democratic Chairman again.

should get something

Corzine should definitely appoint Kenny to something. His recent health trouble aside, he's too young to be finished in public service. This Brian Stack coup d'etat is a raw deal for a good guy. Having said that, Sen. Kenny has no executive experience of any kind and would be a better fit somewhere else I think. How 'bout BPU??
