(October 18, 2007) -- The Burlington County Democrats today unveiled their sixth in a series of eagerly anticipated David Letterman Style Top 10 Lists.
Top 10 Ways the Burlington GOP can Continue to Save Money in Order to Finance their Campaign:
10. Create a Burlington Bank and have all our Cronies sign for campaign loans.
9. Have Martha sell her unused Legislative Stamp allotment
8. We can now eliminate those Bill Haines, Jim Wujcik and Gus Tamburro endorsement letters from the mail program
7. No need for our county chair to have a key to the HQ
6. Rent homes at Smithville to County employees for rock bottom prices and collect the difference.
5. Have Mike Mouber produce our TV spots… or just reuse our old TV spots, same music and everything and put them on YouTube.
4. Have Phil Haines make campaign contributions in lieu of paying property taxes.
3. On the bright side: 2 less Freeholders and a State Senator to feed at our campaign breakfast meetings.
2. Charge $15,000 for photocopies and $8.9 million for maps.
1. Hey, there are fewer and fewer Republicans in our mailing universe every day.
