The More I See, The More I Like
This guy is worth taking a very, very hard look at. Our party leadership owes it to the rank and file to vet Crowley and soon. What a story...
GOP has got someone it can get behind
Lets hope the GOP sees the value of a real candidate. Let the playboy go and put up someone who can actually represent NJ and take Frank in November.
This is the determination and committment the GOP needs
a man of this caliber would take the GOP far. His dedication to being a father speaks volumes of his character and sheds light that his priorites are in order.
Let's hope the GOP sees beyond being "politically correct" and releases the playboy!
doesnt explain much
Although this was a great story... it still doesn't show any of the issues that should be the #1 thing people decide with. Well ask Unanue supporters and their # thing is probably money.
It does
It does explain a lot. Campaigns are not always about "where you stand on the issues." The reason I say that is because many of those issues people want to hear about are those that a candidate can do nothing about like abortion, guns, etc... They are substance issues hat are primarily used for fundraising purposes. Abortion will always be legal and guns will always have limited restrictions.
I want a candidate who is willing to put aside the interest groups on both sides of controversial issues and instead of being a demogue, take each issue and analyze them as they come.
Sometimes you can look to someones accomplishments in the private sector to determine his or her effectiveness. Regardless of where he stands on the issues, unless he turns out to be an ideological drvien guy, he appears to be a guy that will think through issues and objectively analyze them for real solutions. Who knows. We'll of course need to learn more.
But IF he is the real deal, it could be interesting.
No doubt a moving story
However, wouldn't the father want to spent more time with his kids instead of campaigning?
Wow
I guess it didn't take long for the Sabrinistas to start impugning John Crowley's character.
Let's get him on the ballot folks
Goto http://crowleyforsenate.blogspot.com/ for more information. Crowley is the real deal!
Go Crowley!
Finally a SOLID conservative Republican who we can support without reservations!
This is an incredible story,
This is an incredible story, and Crowley is amazing to have accomplished what he has, but the issues, and his positions on them DO matter to me, and I can find nothing to indicate where he stands, or what makes him a great conservative candidate.
I think that the party leaders who are courting Crowley owe it to us to put these answers front and center for us to prove that this is not simply another chase of a millionaire's checkbook.
This is more than just a
This is more than just a good looking fellow that has helped his children survive.....
Take the time to read the fortitude and accomplishments that have, so far, been written..... I would wager there is a lot more to come....Nobody gets there w/o years of "living the life," of intelligence (wait til the schools' records come to light), and, the compassion/heart that just HAS to have evolved from a strong God fearing background.
This young man is something that, I am thinking, has long been awaited in NJ and the entire Republican party... As for his views on pertinent topics...Hey, give him a chance to throw that hat in the ring first.
...and, as far as spending time w/his children instead of campaigning.... I just bet they will be right there whenever possible.... You have to read to understand that these are not bed-ridden, unaware kids....not by a long shot!!!!!!!! They love and experience more of life than the average child...and, this, in no small part, is thanks to two exceptional parents!!!
Good luck and God Bless....to John & Aileen Crowley and family....We await the good news.
John, It appears that when called upon, "Standing up and being counted" is something you do best!
The video gave you a look into the guy's heart
I like what I see and hear about John. Am awaiting though to see his stand on the major issues.
So far I give him a thumb's up.
