Corzine is the kind of Clinton backer Obama needs

Supporters of Barack Obama have Jon Corzine in their sites: the New Jersey Governor is viewed as one of the high profile Hillary Clinton supporters that need to jump in order to end the extended contest for the Democratic presidential nomination. Corzine, an early Clinton supporter, has dropped hints in recent weeks that he doesn’t want to see Democrats continue the battle into August, and he’s an Obama friend – Corzine, an Illinois native, was the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Chairman during the 2004 campaign – and it won’t surprise New Jersey Democrats if Corzine is among the first to break.  But then again, nothing Corzine does really surprises people anymore.

Isn't this the new loyal Jon Corzine, the one that stood by Javier Inclan after the admitted to being a bag man for Delle Donna? Such a man would never desert Hillary in her darkest hour.

(Note - no one has mentioned that Javier was the Hudson County Clerk, someone should look at the accounting of that office and his campaign account from that time. He may also have been the treasurer for the Hudson County D's...that may provide a good explanation for Bernie's rundown.)

Under the bus

I'm sure J.S.Corzine will throw Hill under the bus when he sees that Treasury Sec. gig going away. Think about, Corzine has a history of throwing people under the bus, just ask his ex or Carla or the citizens of this State for that matter.

Just write a check for a few mil as a parting gift.

she won NJ

Corzine can't quit on HRC just yet. He does have to live with her and Schumer as Senators next door for the next few years.

She won NJ, that's all the cover Corzine needs to remain in her camp.

Corzine has become ... a pragmatist!

Desperately loosing Hillary is history at this point. The House of Clintons has collapsed yesterday in a big way. I feel sorry for Jon that he wasted so much money on a looser. Wait. She still is a US Senator from NY. Jon, it was a smart investment! We knew you are a financial wizard. If only you could turn this wizardry to our advantage, the NJ state finances could be in order in no time. Just like the Wall Street.

I hope he switches to Obama

I hope he switches to Obama and makes news out of it. Might help him position himself better to get something out of Obama as he wished form Clinton.

Then NJ would be free of him!!!
