Is Payne flipping to Obama?
By Wally EdgeThere is considerable speculation tonight that Rep. Donald Payne will switch his support from Hillary Clinton to Barack Obama tomorrow, making him the third superdelegate from New Jersey to flip since Clinton won the February 5 Democratic primary. Payne, a ten-term Democrat from Newark, endorsed Clinton on January 1.
