It dawned on us that 95% of the partners at DiFrancesco's law firm are white guys

Is a lawsuit – settled out of court last month – against Donald DiFrancesco’s law firm alleging that the former Governor sexually harassed an attorney at this firm and then fired her the reason why against DiFrancesco Bateman Coley Yospin Kunzman Davis & Lehrer has a low percentage of women lawyers?  Of the nineteen partners at the firm, which includes State Senator Christopher Bateman, only one is a woman; the other eighteen are men.  Of the eleven associates, eight are men; and three of the four Of Counsel are men.

At former Governor Jim Florio’s law firm, Floro, Perucci, Steinhardt and Fader, seven of the 26 lawyers are women.   But at Carella, Byrne, Bain, Gilfillan, Cecchi, Stewart and Olstein, former Governor Brendan Byrne’s law firm, the record is worse than DiFrancesco’s: just three women attorneys out of 41, according to their website.

That's not fair

Most of these firms partners, associates, hell everything but paralegels and administrative assistants are OLD WHITE GUYS!!! Hopefully since most law schools are graduating a majority of women, in the next decade we might see a shift in this firm profile. And please DiFransceco is not the first or last old fart to panty chase. These guys just don't get it!
