Adler's $$$ advantage
By Wally EdgeJohn Adler has raised nearly $2 million so far in his bid to win election to the U.S. House of Representatives. His GOP rival, Medford Mayor Christopher Myers, is not expected to exceed $500,000 when he files his second quarter report this month. That's a huge advantage for Adler, who seeks to become the first Democrat to win this House seat since Thomas Ferrell in 1882.

needs Obama to carry CD-3?
He's going to need it. I wonder if Obama is beating McCain in the 3rd CD. I doubt it.

Susan would have been about even with Myers at this point in the cycle, if that.
Also, it's worth noting that she was running against a far better known incumbent, not a completely unknown quantity.
And Saxton would not have had $2 million in the bank at this point in the cycle.
Add it up:
+ far more money in the bank
+ a far less known non-incumbent opponent
+ an opponent with less money in the bank
McCain's performance in the 3rd district will not overcome such a prohibitive advantage in being able to communicate messages in the House race.
Try using some
Try using some commonsense, and go to the FEC website. Susan Bass Levin outraised a 20 year sitting incumbent. She raised and spent $3 million to Saxton's $2 million. Saxton had close to 800k in the bank when she announced. Additionally, Saxton would have had $2 million in the bank around this time if it weren't for the fact that he had given a substantial amount to the Republican Party the previous year. Get some commonsense.

What does that have to do with Susan Bass Levin which you commented on and I responded? Use commonsense and READ the posts. And your subtraction makes no sense. Myers doesn't have to pay that debt off right away. You should change your tag line to nocommonsense. Or even better - NOCLUE!

And what is wrong? You only can quote movies? You need to get out of the house.
Its Burlco
that will give Myers the win. Cherry Hill will be the only sure win for Adler, but Ocean County has come out swinging for Myers and so will Burlco.
The larger M Towns in Burlco are historically GOP and will carry it for Myers.
People forget how big Medford and Mount Laurel are and the large GOP populous only will hurt Adler.
The questions is, how many votes can Myers take from Cherry Hill?
