PANDERING 101 With Blee and Conover...PANDERING 101
With Professors Frank Blee and Kirk Conover
In this course, you will learn how to pander like two career Trenton politicians -- Frank Blee and Kirk Conover! Throughout their careers, Assemblymen Blee and Conover have shown their true colors by pandering to whoever provided the quickest dollar.
Whether it's a last minute incentive for teachers before an election (which the Press of Atlantic City said "File this on your hard drive under 'Pandering 101'), while ignoring them every other time; Ignoring the rising costs of healthcare, while getting donations from pharmaceutical companies; feigning outrage on eminent domain during an editorial board meeting, while not addressing it during their years in the legislature; claiming it is the legislature's responsibility to address high property taxes before an election, while doing nothing to address the situation during their terms; taxing us out of our homes, while Conover failed to pay his own taxes; or giving yourself a pay raise, while opposing harsher penalties for failure to pay the minimum wage -- Blee and Conover serve as excellent examples of pandering career politicians.
