Dems Have Visited More Than 7,000 Homes...WHELAN AND TYNER HAVE VISITED MORE THAN 7,000 HOMES
IN ATLANTIC COUNTY TO HEAR VOTERS’ CONCERNS
(Egg Harbor Township) – Second District Assembly candidates Jim Whelan and Damon Tyner have visited more than 7,000 homes in Atlantic County to hear firsthand what concerns voters want addressed in the State Assembly.
“We’ve visited countless homes throughout Atlantic County and we keep hearing the same concerns, said Tyner. “Atlantic County residents want their representatives to take action on skyrocketing property taxes, education, Pinelands overgrowth, and the escalating costs of prescription drugs and health care. They want representatives to stop complaining about partisan politics and start correcting the issues that diminish our quality of life on a daily basis.
“Whether we’re in Egg Harbor, Galloway, Hamilton, Pleasantville or Atlantic City, residents are telling us what they want done in Trenton, said Whelan. “They want adequate funding for our schools, lasting property tax relief, and a solution to congestion on our state and county roadways.
The Second Legislative District consists of Absecon, Atlantic City, Brigantine, Corbin City, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township, Estell Manor, Galloway Township, Hamilton Township, Linwood, Longport, Margate, Mullica Township, Northfield, Pleasantville, Port Republic, Ventnor, and Weymouth Township.
Whelan and Tyner have visited homes in every municipality.
